Do you always have beef and pork available?We are constantly raising certified organic beef and Berkshire pork at different stages. Customers interested in ordering are placed on a list and contacted when the next available animal is ready.

Is Certified Organic Beef more expensive and why?Certified organic beef can be more expensive than commodity beef but, when you buy directly from the farm in bulk (half or whole animal) it will help offset these costs. Organic cows must eat 100% certified organic feed which is expensive to produce or purchase. Strip grazing is the best system for the pasture and the cow but is very labour intensive.

What cuts of beef or pork can I order?We work with a local butcher who will customize your order to your exact specifications. Whether you like steaks or ground beef, hams or sausage, we can provide you with cuts you and your family will use and enjoy.
